RESPONSE OF SOME SUNFLOWER GENOTYPES TO NITROGEN FERTILIZER LEVELS

A field study was carried out during summer seasons of 2018 and 2019 at the Experimental Farm Faculty Environmental Agricultural Sciences, Arish University, El-Arish, North Sinai Governorate. Egypt, This aimed to investigate response three sunflower genotypes (Helianthus annus L., i.e. Giza-102, Sakha-53, Line 120 nitrogen levels N1=15, N2= 30, N3= 45 kg N fed-1to maximize seed oil yields crop under newly reclaimed soil environmental conditions Sinai. Salinity irrigation water ranged from 4500 5500 ppm, using drip system. The main results were that Giza-102 genotype surpassed other studied in plant height (cm), stem diameter (cm),number leaves per plant, fresh dry weights  per plant(g), yield attributes, yields. There significant differences between N-fertilizer found most growth characters, feddan. While, content decreased.
